One of the landmarks of Kobe Minato is this bright red Ferris wheel facility. The former mini amusement park was called Mosaic Garden, so it is often called the Mosaic Ferris Wheel. After the amusement park closed in 2013, the Ferris wheel, as a landmark of Kobe, was managed and operated by surrounding shopping malls. This is also a great place to enjoy the night view of Kobe, and the night ride is very romantic.

The building was built in 1907 and has a history of more than 100 years. It was originally an American mansion and was later bought by a German baker. The Kazami Chicken House is the symbol of Kitano Ijinkan and is listed as an important cultural property of Japan. Kazamijikan is the residence of Gottfried Thomas, a German trader who lived in Kobe during the Meiji period. The second floor of Menghuangkan overlooks the beautiful street view of Kobe.
